Credits are how ViralVideoAI prices each video. A trend video costs 56 to 228 credits, depending on length and complexity; most 10-second videos are 126. The exact credit cost is shown on the Generate button before you spend anything.
Can I try it for free?
New accounts start with 0 credits — ViralVideoAI does not give out free credits. The smallest paid step is the $9.99 pack for 130 credits, which covers about 1 trend video. The Weekly plan at $9.99 a week is the cheapest subscription. If a video fails to render, its credits are returned automatically.
Do credits expire?
Credits from a one-time pack never expire. Plan credits are for the time your plan is active; unused plan credits do not carry over to the next billing period, and they end if you cancel the plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in Profile with Cancel plan. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and no further charges happen. Plan credits end with the plan; pack credits remain.
Do you offer refunds?
If you have not used any credits from a purchase, write to support@viralvideoai.app within 14 days for a full refund. Credits already used to make videos cannot be refunded.
